Describing a picture

  When you want to describe a picture, you can explain where something is in it.

Where is it (in the picture)?

It's ....

There is a/an.... There are....

POSITIONS

You can also explain that something is in the background(at / in the back) or in the foreground (at / in the front)

Example:

There is a scooter in the bottom right corner.

There is a red balloon in the top left corner.

There is a blue ball in the bottom left corner.

There is a yellow kite  in the top right corner.

There is a camera on the right.

There is a doll on the left.

There are toy blocks at the top.

There is a ruler in the middle.

There are some school supplies at the bottom.
